At Aaruchi, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aaruchistore@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
All products sold by Aaruchi are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Food products and consumables
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and processed for fulfillment.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered for any products purchased from Aaruchi, except in cases where:
- The item received is damaged or defective and cannot be replaced.
- The wrong item was shipped and a replacement is unavailable.
- A refund is required by applicable consumer protection laws.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
