There is a simple comfort in food made the old-fashioned way.

It is the familiar aroma of pure coconut oil and fresh spices lingering in the kitchen, the recipes passed down through generations, and the warmth of opening a dabba sent straight from home.

Living in the city, we realized how difficult it was to find food that truly carried that soul. Supermarket shelves were packed with glossy packets, long expiry dates, preservatives, and palm oil. Everything was made by machines in commercial units rather than real hands in a kitchen.

We started Aaruchi to bring back the honest, authentic flavours of home that modern city routines tend to leave behind. 

From Our Farm in Kerala to Your Doorstep

Aaruchi didn't start with commercial processing plants or industrial supply chains. It is rooted entirely in our home soil.

🌿 Grown at Origin: We source our produce, from crisp Nendran plantains and seasonal jackfruit to whole spices, directly from our family farm and trusted local growers in Kerala.

🍲 Handcrafted by Amma: Every batch is prepared, slow-cooked, and packed by hand in our family home kitchen in Kerala using traditional methods and pure coconut oil.

📦 Dispatched Across India: Freshly prepared lots travel to our hub in Bangalore, where we carefully pack and ship every order to homes across India.

🥣 Amma (The Culinary Heart): Guided by decades of cooking experience, Amma oversees every step of preparation in Kerala. From hand-slicing fresh fruit to slow-roasting spices for our homemade blends, her cooking carries zero shortcuts and zero preservatives.

📦 Achan (Care and Packaging): He ensures every pouch is weighed, sealed fresh, and packed safely to make the journey intact.

💬 The Younger Generation (The Bridge): We manage logistics from Bangalore, look after the online store, and stay in direct touch with you.
